Following the group's significant growth and progressive expansion, a major corporate reorganization process was initiated. This process led to the creation of The Hyper Holding S.r.l., an Italian industrial holding company with a long-term strategic vision in the energy technology and advanced electronics sectors.
In this new set-up, SET Engineering's operational activities were spun off into a new independent entity, while The Hyper Holding maintains its strategic and financial oversight, consolidating the entire ecosystem of the group.
